Made from spices used in Eastern North Carolina, carefully balanced to add spice to any meat. Produces a wonderful burn starting with the red pepper followed by the ghost pepper. Especially blended for chili heads.
Sassy Pork Loin
Coat pork loin with rub and place on skewer; cook on rotisserie for 1 hour at about 375 degrees. Remove and let cool for a about 10 minutes, then slice and serve.
