Making a Sassy Smoke on the Bayou Seafood Boil:
18 Small red potatoes
12 medium white onions whole but peeled
12 ears corn 3 inch long
2-3 lbs. raw shrimp in the shell (or crawfish crab scallops etc.)
1 Package of Sassy Smoke on the Bayou Seafood Boil
DIRECTIONS: Prepare a large pot with 1 gal. water add 3Tbls of salt and bring to boil. Dump in package of Julia's Smoke on the Bayou Seafood Boil and add potatoes. Boil 6 minutes then add onions. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes then add corn. Boil for 12 minutes add shrimp and boil for 2-3 minutes depending on size of shrimp. Remove from heat and pour off liquid. When seafood is done cover a picnic table with four to five layers of newspaper. Remove everything from pot drain and spread in center of table. Gather everyone around and enjoy the feast. Serve with Biscuits Cornbread or hushpuppies.
When everyone has had their fill gather up the leftovers (if there is any) put all the scraps in the center of the table roll up the newspaper around them and put them in the trash. Go wash the one pot and the cleanup is done.
