1. Layer 8x8 baking pan with your favorite 20oz can of fruit pie filling (strawberry, blueberry or blackberry) or make your own fresh fruit filling.

Making your own Berry Fruit Filling:
Combine the following ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook down until tender and thickened.
4-6 cups of chopped ripe berries
1-2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 cup brown or white sugar
Pinch of salt
1/2 - 2 teaspoons of spices, if desired
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
