DIRECTIONS: Southern Buttermilk Pancakes and Waffles - Preheat lightly greased griddle to 375 Degrees. Add 1 Cup Water to 2 cups mix and stir until batter is slightly lumpy. For pancakes flip when first bubbles appear and stay on surface. To make thinner pancakes add more water.
