I learned to cook and bake southern recipes from my Grandma Washington and Mema. While Grandma was the star of making southern drop biscuits, Mema introduced me to muffins and sweet breads. Combining both of these baking traditions, we are pleased to offer our scrumptious Cinnamon Pecan Drop Biscuits.
All of our baking mixes are complete with sweet cream buttermilk and real butter powder, so that all you have to do is just add water! Our Cinnamon Pecan Biscuits also include a package of chopped pecans and a package of powdered sugar. There is a secret to making these biscuits so that they rise and cook up fluffy on the inside ... it's all in how you mix them. When you add the water, mix it just enough to moisten all the ingredients. Then drop by tablespoon onto a greased baking pan and bake.

DIRECTIONS: Easy Drop Biscuits: Preheat oven to 450 F. Pour Mix and pecans in bowl and add 3/4 cup of water and mix using as few strokes as possible to moisten dough. Drop portions of dough onto lightly greased baking pan. Place in oven and cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until done. Yield 10-12 Biscuits
